They use anything to sell a shitty product in my opinion.

One of the ingredients is Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids occurring in food, glazing agent, emulsifier, gelling agent, anti-oxidant and auxiliary for coloring.

Instead of Mono- and diglycerides they also could have used the very save: Agar, vegetable thickener from red seaweed.
